Seattle Wedding Photographer

I just returned from a week in Washington DC photographing the wedding of Ganesh and Surbhi in a traditional Indian wedding ceremony according to the Hindu Holy Scripture using Veda mantras written in Sanskrit, the root of all Indian languages. I was lucky to work with an old friend and Washington DC portrait photographer Scott Robinson on this wedding. While I have just returned and have only downloaded and backed up the files and have not started to process any pictures this one caught my eye and I thought I would share it with you here. Scott made a behind the scenes photo of me as we started to do the formal posed pictures after the wedding ceremony. He had already set up the lighting and was just keeping an eye on me for problems and made this picture of me waiting for the bride and groom with the brides grandparents.  Thanks to Scott and thanks to Ganesh and Surbhi for flying me in for a really grand wedding celebration in the Indian tradition. Hope to have more pictures up here sometime soon.
