Sarah Dunne and Robert Kettle were married last Friday and as promised here are some of the pictures from their wedding. As the New York Times noted in the Weddings/Celebrations page on Saturday:”Sarah Anne Dunne and Cmdr. Robert Edward Kettle were married Friday in the historic church building of the St. Barbara Parish in Black Diamond, Wash. The Rev. David H. Young, a Roman Catholic priest and the church’s pastor, performed the ceremony.” Continue reading here.  St. Barbara Church is in its one hundred and first year which is pretty old for this area.

Above Sarah is making her way to the front of the church as Bob awaits inside for his first glimpse of her as her dad walks her down the aisle. There will be more pictures to come sometime in the coming week or two. Thanks again to Monica Frisell who was my second photographer.

I was happy to see that Sarah and Bob’s wedding announcement was featured in the New York Times this past weekend on their Weddings/Celebration page.  It was fun shooting their engagement pictures and I am happy many will have the chance to see it.

They were married last Friday and very soon I will post some of their pictures here. They are a very interesting couple as the New York Times notes:”Sarah Anne Dunne and Cmdr. Robert Edward Kettle were married Friday in the historic church building of the St. Barbara Parish in Black Diamond, Wash. The Rev. David H. Young, a Roman Catholic priest and the church’s pastor, performed the ceremony.” Continue reading here.

John and Marisa used to see each other riding to work every day. One day they met and began to talk. Eventually they decided to get married. When it came time to decide where they should have their wedding they agreed it would be fun to have their wedding on a bus in memory of how they met and that is what they did. After the ceremony which took place in the center aisle of the bus they chartered and had parked in Volunteer Park, everyone got off and we made this panoramic wedding portrait. It remains one of my favorites to this day. Afterwards we all got back on the bus and drove to the Sorrento Hotel where the reception was held.
