Every wedding is unique. Each celebration is as different as the people getting married. We understand and prefer to customize a package to suit your particular desires. Whether the wedding is a small and intimate ceremony and reception for 30 people or a wedding with 500 or more in attendance, we can customize a package to meet your photography requirements. Wedding packages may include a few or all of the following features:
- 6-12 consecutive hours of coverage with an unlimited number of images captured with the rights to all of the images for personal use
- A personal webpage with story telling slideshow with music for family and friends to view
- Web-based photo proofing image gallery with shopping cart for purchasing prints online
- B+W panoramic 12 x 36” print of a wedding portrait of everyone attending your wedding
- Engagement Session including a private web site gallery
- DVD with high-resolution color corrected digital files of all images (digital negatives)
- Custom designed coffee table photo books
- Custom designed albums by Leather Craftsmen, Graphis Studio and Aspinal of London
- Parent albums and mini books
- Bridal portrait session
- 4x6” proof prints in an album and large scale prints for hanging on a wall
When selecting a wedding photographer, many considerations come into play. The value of a photography package should not be seen as dependent only on the price. While the price of the package is important, the other components of the package, including the style and quality of the photography, compatibility with the photographer and prior experience of the photographer are very important factors to consider in getting a great deal on your wedding photography.
Wedding Photography Travel Packages
Every year we travel to photograph destination weddings across the United States and around the world. We welcome the opportunity to travel to your destination wedding wherever it may be. For travel packages only minimum travel expenses, detailed in the contract are charged. These typically include airfare, hotel, meals and car rental if needed. There are no hidden charges or surprises in the bill. Usually these costs are greatly offset by not having to pay local sales tax on wedding photography on out of state weddings.
